This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed by Long Island Health Care with respect to your use of the Web site at Long Island Health Care mobile sites, or mobile applications that link to this Policy (the “Services”).  We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Policy at any time. What Information Do We Collect?
